We're not a traditional web agency
While we’re based in Melbourne’s Inner East, we don’t operate from a studio or have a walk-in space. We typically meet clients at their place of work, home or at a local cafe. A client project will usually only involve one or two face-to-face meetings, with the rest of the communication being carried out by email and phone. If you’d rather more face-time, that’s fine, we can meet up as often as you like.

The TGS guys turned to us to build a completely custom WordPress theme that would give them the flexibility to deploy cutting-edge marketing techniques to their audience. Phase 2 involved extensive modifications to the Woocommerce eCommerce platform to keep customers up-to-date with the status of their order as it progressed through the various fulfilment stages, such as: sending the sizing kit, receiving the customer’s size, making the ring, resizing as necessary and after sales follow-ups.
